The difference between casting and forging is our daily practice
Casting involves pouring liquid steel into a mold, allowing even complex geometries and integrated shapes to be produced in a single piece. This makes the process particularly suitable for parts with complex contours or internal cavities.
Forging, on the other hand, deforms the material under high pressure, resulting in a denser structure and excellent mechanical properties. Forged parts are primarily used where high strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance are required.
